There are moments in life when everything that once made sense begins
to feel incomplete.
You may have built the life you once dreamed of — the career, the responsibilities, the milestones that once felt important — and yet something inside you begins asking deeper questions.

Who am I now?
What am I here to become?
What would it mean to truly live in alignment with my truth?
The people who arrive at Sacred Path retreats are often standing at this threshold.
They are capable, thoughtful, and devoted to the people and responsibilities in their
lives — yet they feel a quiet call to reconnect with themselves and the deeper
wisdom within.

For many years, I believed I was doing everything "right."
I had built a life that looked successful from the outside — career milestones, responsibilities met, goals achieved. But beneath that success was a quiet exhaustion I had learned to ignore.
Much of my drive had been shaped by survival. Pushing forward, achieving more, and staying busy allowed me to avoid something much harder: the pain from earlier chapters of my life that I had never truly faced.
Instead of tending to that pain, I buried it beneath work, distractions, and coping mechanisms that eventually left me carrying a deep sense of shame and resentment.
I had settled for success while quietly abandoning my own fulfillment.
Everything changed when my body forced me to stop. Shortly after the birth of my child, I was diagnosed with heart failure. In that moment, the life I had carefully built suddenly felt fragile, and I could no longer ignore the truth my heart had been asking me to face.
The path that followed was not a sudden awakening, but a gradual and often humbling process of turning inward — learning to sit with the pain I had spent years avoiding, and slowly reconnecting with the parts of myself I had left behind.
Through therapy, coaching, spiritual practice, and ceremonial traditions, I began to understand something that now guides the work I offer.
"Real healing begins when we stop running from our pain and begin listening to what it is trying to teach us."
That realization became the foundation of the work I now hold for others.

Today, Sacred Path Ventures is devoted to creating intentional spaces where people can pause, step away from the noise of daily life, and reconnect with themselves.
Through retreats, ceremony, coaching, and integration support, I hold containers designed to help participants explore their inner landscape with honesty and compassion.
These spaces are not about fixing people or offering quick answers.
They are about creating the conditions where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.
Sacred Path retreats were born from my own journey of learning that true fulfillment begins when we stop abandoning ourselves.
This work is approached with humility, ethical responsibility, and deep respect for the traditions that inform it.
Sacred Path retreats are intentionally small, trauma-aware containers that prioritize
preparation, consent, and integration.
Because meaningful transformation
deserves care, not urgency.
If you feel called to explore this work, the first step is a conversation.
"Sacred experiences are only the beginning — integration is where transformation truly takes root."

What do you do when, at forty, you finally arrive at the life you once dreamed of—only to find yourself hollow?
That was me.
I had the successful career, the home, the man who loved me. From the outside, everything looked “right.” But inside, I was unraveling. Crying behind closed doors. Pretending to be strong. Numbing with socializing, wine, and surface-level connection.
Everyone said I was lucky.
I felt like a fraud.
So I did what I had never done before: I stopped searching outward for answers. I turned inward. And what I found wasn’t just emotional pain—it was ancestral grief. It was trauma. It was the buried silence of a little girl who had endured more than most ever knew.
That was the beginning of my return.
At 41, life cracked open. I was blessed with a baby girl—and just three days later, diagnosed with heart failure.
In that hospital bed, I made a sacred vow:
No more hiding. No more shrinking, pretending, or numbing.
That moment became the doorway.
I walked away from everything that no longer served me. Quietly. Intentionally.
I began to hear whispers… not from the world, but from within.

Books, stories, whispers of ancestral healing… they found me. I discovered the sacred medicines:
Psilocybin
Ayahuasca
Kambo
5-MeO-DMT
I microdosed first. Softening.
Then, a full journey in Jamaica cracked me wide open. It showed me everything—how I’d played small, betrayed myself, and carried generations of unspoken pain.
And through that…
I remembered how to breathe again.
Sacred Path Ventures isn’t a business.
It’s a prayer. A living altar.
It’s for the ones who’ve performed and people-pleased, who’ve achieved and still felt empty. It’s for the seekers. The sensitives. The wild hearts ready to finally come home to themselves.
What I offer now—through mentorship, through ceremony, through medicine—isn’t something I “do.”
It’s who I am.
And if you’re reading this, maybe it’s who you are too.
If something in you is stirring…
If you’re aching for truth, for healing, for home…
This path was made for you.
