When I first began attending retreats, they were often mixed spaces - men and women together, while that experience served me, I came to see the unique medicine of gathering women only. For many of us, there are wounds carried from men - wounds that require a safe, sacred environment to be fully acknowledged and expressed.

This retreat is that environment. It is a space where you can speak freely, cry deeply, rage if you need to, and release what has been locked in your body for too long - without guarding your words or softening your truth.

The more women I sit with, the more I feel the collective hunger for this kind of sanctuary. We are ready to put down what we’ve been carrying. We are ready to remember who we are.

Day 1: November 4, 2025 | Opening and Purification

• Morning: Yoga Practice to prepare the mind and body, awakening our life force through breath and movement.

• Post Yoga: Nourishing breakfast to fuel and replenish our bodies.

• Afternoon: Traditional Temazcal or sweat lodge ceremony - an ancient purification ritual connecting us with elements, spirit, and ancestors.

• Late Afternoon: Rest and play in the lush jungles of Puerto Morelos and refresh in the private Cenote.

• Evening: Hape workshop to open energetic channels and align intentions, followed by dinner and joyful playtime in a refreshing closing circle at sunset.

Day 2: November 5, 2025 | Shedding and Ceremony

• Morning (Fasting): Kambo, the “Jungle’s Vaccine," a powerful non-psychedelic medicine that physically purges toxins and stagnant energies, preparing the body for deeper work.

• Afternoon: Healthy lunch to replenish pos medicine.

• Intentional Rest: Post Kambo we will return to our villa to rest, nap, and pack up for the evening ceremony.

• Early Evening: Light healthy dinner and travel to Tulum for our Sacred Children (Mushroom) Ceremony site for an overnight journey under the Full Moon. Guided by the moon’s illumination, we step through the ancestral portal into remembrance and rebirth.

Day 3: November 6, 2025 | Unity and Celebration

• Sunrise: Bufo Alvarius ceremony - the ‘God Molecule’ offering profound dissolution of ego and direct connection with source.

• Late Morning: Nourishing meal to refuel our transformation.

• Afternoon: Integration swim in a cenote to refresh.

• Late Afternoon: Rest and reflection.

• Evening: Group dinner and sisterhood circle to celebrate collective healing, share insights, and strengthen the bonds formed in this transformative space.

• Close with a heart centered Cacao ceremony and music.

Day 4: November 7, 2025 | Closing Circle and Departures

• Morning: Closing Circle to seal the retreat with gratitude and shared reflection.

• Departures: Shuttles available for flights or extended stays for those choosing further rest and integration.

I come to this work through my own healing - through remembering the path my ancestors laid before me, a path carried by the women in my family who were healers, midwives, and keepers of wisdom. For generations, their voices were quieted by the weight of a modern world that left little room for sacred ways. In my own journey of pain and transformation, I found myself being called back - back to my roots, back to my people, back to the medicine of the land that raised me.

Today, I walk as a guide for women who are ready to return to themselves. Through the ancestral practices of my Mexican lineage, I hold space for release, remembrance, and rebirth. It is my deepest honor to help women shed what no longer serves them and to witness their reconnection with the immense power, beauty, and truth that has always been theirs.
